DOWNÂ PAYMENT
An agreed down payment is required for all reservations.
FINAL PAYMENT
Your final payment must be made latest 2 months upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you choose to cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded unless we can rebook your dates to somebody else.
LEGAL WAIVER and HOUSE RULES
No parties, No smoking and we have outside camera's for security reasons. Only for families and couples who love calmness and architecture. N.B. The SpronkenHouse allows families with children, but we would kindly like to inform you that this house is not child proof, it is designed as an art house. We do not accept any liability. So, if you have small children with you, please keep an eye on them at all times. • It is not permitted to take photos or videos of/at/in the villa(s) and/or the grounds for commercial purposes, commercial use or purposes other than private use without prior express written permission from the owner (SpronkenHouse).
